Descriptions

Katyani Vijeta is a selective post-emergence broad-spectrum herbicide with excellent action on Phalaris minor. The product targets unwanted weeds and keeps the crops safe. It can be used to control weeds on various crops.

Technical Name: 

  • Clodinafop Propargyl 15% WP 

Features:

  • Effective weed control.

  • Enhance crop yield.

  • Acetyl CoA Carboxylase (ACCase) Inhibitor.

  • Easy to use and easy to apply.

Benefits:

  • It targets only unwanted and harmful weeds without damaging the crops.

  • The leaves and stems of the weed plants absorb the product.

  • It is rapidly translocated within the plants and accumulates in the growing parts.

  • It stops the synthesis of fatty acids/lipids in the plant, which is essential for growth. Therefore, the development of the weed is stopped within 48 hours.

Dosage:

  • 160 g per acre. A proper water volume should be used, at least 150-180 g per acre.

Suitable Crops:

  • Katyayani Vijeta is suitable for crops such as wheat.

How To Use:

  • Fill the knapsack tank 1/3 to 1/2 full of clean water and add the water-soluble bag. 

  • Gently stir the bag until its contents fully dissolve, and then add the rest of the water to the tank.

  • Yellowing of leaves starts within 7 - 14 days, followed by browning and dry-up.

  • The complete result can be shown 14 - 21 days after application.

  • Suggested Use: It is recommended for post-emergence application about 30-35 days after sowing the wheat crop (when phalaris minor is in the 3-4 leaf stage).
